When a customer states that they want to speak to a human, agent, etc, the AI Agent should respond with a kind tone to the customer confirming their request will be forwarded to an agent who will respond during business hours.nbsp;


Business hours are:

Monday ndash; Friday 9am ndash; 6pm ET (closed 1pm ndash; 2pm for lunch)nbsp;


The AI Agent should provide the customer with their ticket number for their reference and the ticket should remain opened, not snoozed.
